The Carbon Trust Standard is a mark of excellence that has been awarded to Bourne Leisure in recognition of measuring, managing and reducing our carbon emissions.

We are delighted to announce that four of our historic hotels Holme Lacy House Hotel, Thoresby Hall Hotel & Spa, Nidd Hall Hotel & Littlecote House Hotel have received recognition from the AA, by being awarded 4 star ratings.

We are delighted to announce that all four of our Coastal Villages have received recognition from the English Tourist Board, by being awarded 4 star ratings.

Restaurants at 5 of our Historic Hotels have been recognised by the AA for the quality of thier food.

• - The Blue Room at Thoresby Hall Hotel & Spa has been awarded two AA rosettes.
• - The Orchard Restaurant at Holme Lacy House Hotel has been awarded two AA rosettes.
• - Oliver's at Littlecote House has been award one AA rosette.
• - Fennocchi's at Cricket St Thomas has been awarded one AA rosette.
• - The Terrace Restaurant at Nidd Hall has been awarded one AA rosette.

Against a line up of 50 finalists across sectors ranging from Entertainment to Telecoms and Financial Services to Utilities, Bourne Leisure (Registered owner of Warner Leisure Hotels) was awarded the following accolades:

• - Best Call Centre for Customer Service in the Entertainment, Leisure and Travel sector.
• - 7th best call centre in the UK across all sectors.

After winning the 2008 Hotel Chain of The Year, we are delighted to have been shortlisted again as the 2009 Hotel Chain of the Year at the TTG Awards - one of the most sought-after accolades in the travel industry.
