The free places we offer you can be used in any way you wish. You may choose to keep them for yourself as the organiser, split them between your party yo reduce the per person price, or offer them to your coach driver. Extra free places are not given on top for coach drivers.

We understand the hard work that goes into arranging a group holiday. We will try and be as flexible as possible for such issues as name changes and rooming lists.

Depending on the size of your group, you will be allowed the following number of single rooms with no extra charge:

• 10 to 19 guests - 1 single room
• 20 to 39 guests - 2 single rooms
• 40 to 59 guests - 3 single rooms
• 60 guests - 4 single rooms

If more single rooms are required there will be under occupancy charges applied which could be up to 100% of the per person price depending on availability at the time of request.
